How can I track the status of my order?

Once we have processed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS that you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

You haven't received a shipping confirmation yet? Then your order is still being processed. We will process and ship your order within one business day from our warehouse in Nuremberg, Germany. Please note that during sales, promotions and product releases the processing time can be extended by 2-3 business days due to the large number of orders.

Where can I find my order number?

You can find your order number in the order confirmation email. Please also check your SPAM folder. If you do not receive any emails from us, there is probably an error in your email address. In this case, please contact our support at support@warpedsense.com - we will be happy to help you with your request.

The order and shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Immediately after successfully completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS, which you can use to track the status of your package. Please also check your SPAM folder.

Return / Exchange

What is your return policy?
I have already returned my order and have not received confirmation yet. What should I do?

We do not send a confirmation of receipt when we receive your return. You can use the tracking number on your return to check the status of the package. You will receive a notification via email once we have processed your return.

Due to the high volume of orders, there are currently longer processing times. The processing time for returns is currently 2-3 weeks. We ask you to refrain from making multiple requests, as this unfortunately slows down our processes even further.

Please keep the return receipt carefully until the refund has been processed.

Can I swim or shower with the jewelry?

You can go into the water with our jewelry. However, please note that 925 sterling silver can tarnish if it comes into contact with cosmetics or other chemicals.

Is there a guarantee?

We have placed great importance on using only the most durable material for our products. Your jewelry is handmade and finished by experienced blacksmiths. Therefore, we are sure that your jewelry will accompany you for a long time and bring you joy.

If, despite our high quality standards, you discover a manufacturing defect, we are at your side with our one-year guarantee and will replace your jewelry free of charge so that you can wear it in perfect condition again. The prerequisite is that you have purchased the product as a consumer in our online shop warpedsense.com. The guarantee does not apply in the event of improper use, repairs by third parties, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse or damage (e.g. due to an accident).

You will receive a replacement or repair free of charge:

  1. If your jewelry is defective upon receipt and you inform us within 14 days.
  2. If your jewelry breaks due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period.

If a damaged item is out of stock or unavailable, this warranty is void.

What can I do if I received a defective piece of jewelry or the wrong item?

If you have received a defective piece of jewelry or the wrong item, please send us a photo of the entire piece of jewelry, including the packing slip. We will then clarify all further steps with you.
